Aaron Sprinkle
Aaron Sprinkle (born March 20, 1974) is an American record producer and musician from Seattle, Washington. Career His career in music began in high school with a group called BellBangVilla. BellBangVilla became Poor Old Lu and they released a number of albums (see below). Aaron Sprinkle also sang and played lead guitar in Rose Blossom Punch, and has produced albums independently. On his solo releases, he plays almost all instruments except drums. He produced dozens of records for Tooth & Nail Records between 1993 and 2016. In 2005, Sprinkle formed the band Fair with Joey Sanchez, Nick Barber, and Erick Newbill. Fair released its debut album ''The Best Worst-Case Scenario'' on Tooth & Nail Records in June 2006. He is the brother of drummer Jesse Sprinkle. Among others, Jesse played with Aaron in Poor Old Lu, was the most recent drummer of Dead Poetic, and was also an early member of Demon Hunter, whose albums Aaron has produced the majority of. ''Cities'' is the third studio album by American alternative rock band Anberlin, released on February 20, 2007. The songs "Godspeed" and "The Unwinding Cable Car" were released as singles with accompanying music videos. The album debuted at No. 19 on the ''Billboard'' 200. Production The band spent more than 40 days in the studio recording ''Cities'' and went back on tour on September 14 after listening to the finished work on the morning of September 13. Anberlin is an American alternative rock band formed in Winter Haven, Florida in 2002. Since the beginning of 2007, the band consists of lead vocalist Stephen Christian, guitarists Joseph Milligan and Christian McAlhaney, bassist Deon Rexroat, and drummer Nathan Young. Members of Anberlin originally formed a band under the name SaGoh 24/7 in 1998, releasing two studio albums before disbanding, with the members having a change in musical direction and name. ''Southern Weather'' is the debut album by Underoath drummer Aaron Gillespie's solo-project, the Almost. Background and production In October 2005, Gillespie was in New York City and had the urge to do some straight-forward rock songs. After telling his manager, he was put in a studio where he started working on material. That evening, he received the songs from the studio and posted two demos ("I Mostly Copy Other People" and "Never Say "I Told You So"") on his Myspace profile. Gillespie was recording with Underoath (for '' Define the Great Line'') at the time and, as their drummer and co-vocalist, was in a several week period between tracking drums and doing the vocals. The Almost is an American rock band from Clearwater, Florida, fronted by Underoath drummer and vocalist Aaron Gillespie.
