The Legend of Muay Thai: 9 Satra ( th, ๙ ศาสตรา; ; ) is a Thai animated action- fantasy film released in 2018. It was released on Netflix (Thailand) on December 25, 2019. The film was named "Film of the Year" at the 2019 Nine Entertain Awards on June 25, 2019. Synopsis A yaksha prince, Dehayaksa, has taken reign of the people of Ramthep Nakorn. However, when there is a prophecy that he is to be defeated by a warrior with a knowledge of Muay Thai and a weapon known as the 'Satravuth', he sets out to destroy all schools of Muay Thai and seeks to destroy the Satravuth, while imprisoning the royals of Ramthep Nakorn to prevent the prophecy from coming true. Bryan Edward Hill is an American author, screenwriter, musician, comic book writer, and graphic designer. Early life and education Hill was born in Chicago and moved to St. Louis, Missouri as a child, where he attended the prep academy John Burroughs School. Career Hill was hired by Top Cow Productions to expand the Witchblade universe by writing the trade paperback ''Broken Trinity:Pandora's Box'' with former Top Cow Productions editor Rob Levin.
