Zvezdan Milošević
Zvezdan Milošević (born 22 April 1964) is a Bosnian-born Swedish professional football manager and former player. Playing career Milošević was born in Sarajevo, SFR Yugoslavia. He started playing football at a young age and his first club was hometown team Željezničar. He played for minor clubs in the former Yugoslavia and Italy, before coming to Sweden in 1989 for a trial with Djurgården. He did not get a contract but instead started to play for minor clubs in the Stockholm region, like Väsby IK, Assyriska FF and Café Opera. Managerial career Milošević started his managerial career in 2000 as an assistant at Essinge. In 2017, he joined Lithuanian A Lyga side Utenis Utena, signing a three-year contract with the club. Despite leading the team into a fifth place finish in the league, Milošević was sacked on 24 April 2017. Fudbalski Klub Budućnost Podgorica (Cyrillic: Будућност Подгорица, , ) is a Montenegro, Montenegrin professional association football, football club from Podgorica, Montenegro. The A Lyga is the top division of professional football in Lithuania. It is organized by Lithuanian Football Federation (LFF) (). History The first football league was established in Lithuania in 1924, and in various forms existed until 1939. Due to the Polish–Lithuanian War, clubs from Vilnius did not take part in early period of the Lithuanian football competitions. Later during the period of Soviet occupation, a Lithuanian amateur top division existed, while professional players played in USSR football competitions. The Lithuanian professional top division was restored in 1990. The naming convention changed several times, but since 1999 the league is consistently referred to as A lyga. Essinge IK is a Swedish football club located in Stockholm. Background Essinge Idrottsklubb is a sports club from Stockholm that was founded on 8 June 1919. Over the years the club has mainly been active in team sports such as football, bandy, handball and ice hockey at various levels in the Swedish league systems. The most successful section of the club has been the now defunct bandy team. The club currently only runs a football section. Since their foundation Essinge IK has participated mainly in the middle and lower divisions of the Swedish football league system. Väsby IK HK is an ice hockey club based in Upplands Väsby, Sweden. Since the 2021–22 season the club is back in the third tier, Hockeyettan, having been relegated from HockeyAllsvenskan after losing to Kristianstads IK in the 2020–21 Play Out series, ending a one-year stint in HockeyAllsvenskan. At the end of the 1986–87 season, Väsby achieved one of the greatest upsets in the history of Swedish hockey by achieving promotion to the top division of Swedish ice hockey.
