Zoran Gajić
Zoran Gajić ( sr-cyrl, Зоран Гајић; born 28 December 1958) is a Serbian volleyball coach and politician serving as minister of sports since 2022. As a volleyball coach, he coached Rabita Baku, and FR Yugoslavia, Iran and Russia men's national volleyball teams. Volleyball career From 1980 to 1988, Gajić was the head coach in the Volleyball training camp of the Serbian Province of Vojvodina and the head coach of the junior team of the Province of Vojvodina. From 1980 to 1983, he organised and supervised groups of young players aged 9 to 11. As the head coach of the Yugoslavia national team, the team claimed nine medals – including an Olympic gold at the Sydney 2000 Games, followed by a European Championship title a year later in Ostrava Czech Republic. Russia Men's National Volleyball Team
The Russia men's national volleyball team is governed by the Russian Volleyball Federation and took part in international volleyball competitions. Fédération Internationale de Volleyball, FIVB considers Russia as the inheritor of the records of Soviet Union (1948–1991) and Commonwealth of Independent States, CIS (1992). The USSR Volleyball Federation joined the FIVB in 1948, a year after the foundation of the international governing body. The Iran men's national volleyball team is the official national men's volleyball team of Iran. It is governed by the Iran Volleyball Federation (I.R.I.V.F.) and takes part in international volleyball competitions. Iranian volleyball is one of the best teams in the world. Serbia Men's National Volleyball Team
The Serbia men's national volleyball team represents Serbia in international men's volleyball. FIVB and the CEV consider Serbia the inheritor of the records of SFR Yugoslavia (1948–1991) and Serbia and Montenegro (1992–2006). Serbia won gold at the Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia and bronze at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. The Yugoslav Olympic Committee declared the national volleyball team to be the best male team of the year in 2000, and the Olympic Committee of Serbia did the same in 2010 and 2013. Rabita Baku
Telekom Baku (formerly named Rabita Baku) was an Azerbaijani women's volleyball club. Telekom was an eight-time champion of Azerbaijani Superleague and the winner of the 2011 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship, FIVB Club World Championship. FIVB Volleyball World League
The FIVB Volleyball World League was an annual international men's volleyball competition. Created in 1990, it was the longest and richest of all the international events organized by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB). The women's version of the competition was called FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix. This event should not be confused with the other international volleyball competitions, the World Championship, the World Cup and the World Grand Champions Cup. From 2018, the World League and World Grand Prix was replaced by the men's and women's Nations League and men's and women's Challenger Cup.
