Davide Zomer
Davide Zomer (born 21 October 1977) is an Italian former footballer. Biography Born in Rovereto, Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol region (''Trentino – South Tyrol'' in English and ''Trentino – Alto Adige'' in Italian), Zomer started his career at Veneto club Hellas Verona. Zomer returned to Trentino for Trento, then moved to Tuscany side Siena. In 2000–01 season, he left for South Tyrolean club Südtirol. He then returned to Verona as backup keeper and competed with Jess Vanstrattan. In 2004–05 season, he left for Serie B side Treviso. After the team promoted due to Caso Genoa, he was exchanged with Adriano Zancopè of Siena. He worked as the backup of young keeper Antonio Mirante and competed with Marco Fortin. In May 2006, he had a surgery. In March 2007, he left for Serie C1 side Ancona. At the start of 2007–08 season, he was offered a new annual contract. Ramon Zomer
Ramon Zomer (, born 13 April 1983) is a Dutch former professional footballer who played as a centre back. Zomer played for Twente, NEC, SC Heerenveen, Heracles Almelo and the Netherlands national under-21 football team. Career Zomer is a product of Twente's youth system, making his league debut during the 2002–03 season. He was a member of the Dutch squad that won the UEFA U-21 Championship in 2006. He joined NEC on loan in the 2008–09 season, and permanently in the summer of 2009. He served as a captain of the club during the 2010–11 season. On 19 August 2011, Zomer signed a three-year contract with SC Heerenveen. After he lost his place in the first eleven, he left the club on a free transfer. Johannette Zomer
Johannette Zomer (born March 13, 1964) is a Dutch classical concert and opera soprano. Career After having worked as a microbiology technician, Johannette Zomer shifted gears in 1990 and studied voice at the Sweelinck Conservatory Amsterdam in Amsterdam with Charles van Tassel, where she received her Performance Diploma in 1997. As a Baroque specialist, she has worked with Frans Brüggen, Reinhard Goebel, Philippe Herreweghe, René Jacobs, Sigiswald Kuijken, Paul McCreesh and Jos van Veldhoven. She took part in the project of Ton Koopman to record the complete vocal works of Johann Sebastian Bach with the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra & Choir and is engaged also in the ongoing project Dieterich Buxtehude – Opera Omnia to record the complete works of Dieterich Buxtehude. Jan Pietersz van Zomer (1641–1724) was a Dutch Golden Age engraver and art collector. Biography Van Zomer was born and died in Amsterdam.
