Zohar Dvir
Zohar Dvir (; born August 28, 1991) is an Israeli-German director, screenwriter, and animator. She is known for her work in animated short films, characterized by blending unique visual storytelling with experimental techniques. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Visual communication from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem in 2017, and proceeded with a master's degree in Moving Image Design from the Royal College of Art, London, in 2020, from which she graduated with her film ''Mercury's Retrograde''. Butterfly
Butterflies are winged insects from the lepidopteran superfamily Papilionoidea, characterized by large, often brightly coloured wings that often fold together when at rest, and a conspicuous, fluttering flight. The oldest butterfly fossils have been dated to the Paleocene, about 56 million years ago, though molecular evidence suggests that they likely originated in the Cretaceous. Vienna Shorts
Vienna Shorts (formerly known as VIS Vienna Independent Shorts) is an international short film festival held annually in May in Vienna. It is the largest short film festival in Austria. History Vienna Independent Shorts was held in 2004 for the first time. Several Viennese institutions active in the promotion of short films arranged one day of the one-week event. The festival program consisted of 125 short films. Among the venues that have been used continuously since the first festival edition are the Top Kino and the Reformed Church. Since 2005, the festival is hosted the Independent Cinema Association which was founded by the organizers of the first festival edition. Ottawa International Animation Festival
The Ottawa International Animation Festival is an annual animated film and media festival that takes place in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The OIAF was founded in 1975, with the first festival held from August 10 to 15 in 1976. Chicago International Film Festival
The Chicago International Film Festival is an annual film festival held every fall. Founded in 1964 by Michael Kutza, it is the longest-running competitive film festival in North America.
