Zizi Jeanmaire
Renée Marcelle "Zizi" Jeanmaire (29 April 1924 – 17 July 2020) was a French ballet dancer, actress and singer. She became famous in the 1950s after playing the title role in the ballet ''Carmen'', produced in London in 1949, and went on to appear in several Hollywood films and Paris revues. She was the wife of dancer and choreographer Roland Petit, who created ballets and revues for her. Career Jeanmaire was born in Paris to Olga Renée (''née'' Brunus) and Marcel Jeanmaire. She later wrote in her autobiography: "When I was little my mother called me 'mon Jésus' which transformed into 'mon Zizi'." Joanna Marie Valentina "Zizi" Lambrino (3 October 1898 – 11 March 1953) was the first wife of the later King Carol II of Romania. They had one son, Carol, born in 1920, in Bucharest. Life Lambrino was born in Roman, Kingdom of Romania in 1898 to a Phanariot Greek family of former noble Byzantine origins, the Rangabe-Lambrino family. She was the daughter of Romanian Colonel, later General, Constantin Lambrino (d. 1916) and his wife, Euphrosine Alcaz (1875–1930). The Zizians are an informal group of rationalists with anarchist and vegan beliefs who also believe the hemispheres of the brain can have conflicting interests and identities. They are allegedly involved in six violent deaths in the United States, three in 2022 and three in 2025.
