The classification system of human settlement, inhabited localities in Russia and some other post-Soviet Union, Soviet states has certain peculiarities compared with those in other countries. Zhukov, Kaluga Oblast
Zhukov (russian: Жу́ков) is a town and the administrative center of Zhukovsky District in Kaluga Oblast, Russia, located on the Ugodka River (Protva's tributary) northwest of Kaluga, the administrative center of the oblast.
