Zhengding Airport Railway Station
The Zhengding Airport railway station () is a station on the Beijing–Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong high-speed railway. It is located in Xinchengpu Town in Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, near Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport. History The station was opened on 26 December 2012, together with the Beijing-Zhengzhou section of the Beijing–Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong High-Speed Railway. During the first three months of 2013, passengers flying to Shijiazhuang were provided with free train tickets to station such as and . Passengers arriving to the airport by train and leaving by plane could have the cost of their train tickets reimbursed as well. Over 150,000 passengers used the promotion in 2013. Zhengding (), originally Zhending (), is a county in southwestern Hebei Province, North China, located approximately south of Beijing, capital of China. It is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Shijiazhuang, the capital of the province, and has a population of 594,000. Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport is an international airport serving Shijiazhuang, the capital of North China's Hebei province. The airport is the hub for Hebei Airlines and the operating base for both China United Airlines and Spring Airlines.
