Beijing Suburban Railway
BCR (''Beijing City Rail'') also known as Beijing Suburban Railway is a commuter rail service that connects urban Beijing with outlying districts beyond the reach of the city's Beijing Subway network. The suburban rail services run on existing China Railway lines. The suburban rail services are managed by the China Railway Beijing Group, an agency of the Ministry of Railways that is not affiliated with the operators of Beijing Subway. There are 4 suburban railway corridors currently in operation: Line S2, Sub-Central line, Huairou–Miyun line and Tongmi line. Tongmi line of Beijing Suburban Railway (BCR) ( zh, s=北京市郊铁路通密线, p=Běijīng Shìjiāo Tiělù Tōngmì Xiàn), formerly known as Jingcheng line, is a commuter rail line in Beijing. It opened on 30 June 2020. Yanqing Railway Station
Yanqing railway station () is the terminus of the Yanqing branch of the Line S2 of the Beijing Suburban Railway. Yanqing railway station was used as a freight station since 1983, and in 2003 it closed due to the fall of shipments. In 2008, the station finished its first renovation and resumed passenger services. From 2019, a new station hall began construction for the coming Winter Olympics. Since 1 December 2020, The new station hall as well as Yanqing branch of Beijing–Zhangjiakou intercity railway begin serve the station. Design Yanqing railway station has been expanded for several major events hosted by Yanqing District. The Beijing Northeast Ring railway (), also known as Shuangqiao–Shahe railway or Shahe railway, is a link railway in Beijing railway hub. Beijing–Harbin Railway
The Beijing–Harbin railway, or the Jingha Railway (), is the railway that connects Beijing with Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province. It spans . It is a very prominent route in the provinces of northeastern China. History Construction of the section between Tangshan and Tianjin began in 1881 as the Kaiping Tramway. This section is the second-oldest railway in China and the oldest still in use.
