Muad Mohamad Zaki (born 7 April 1982) is a Maldivian politician, democracy advocate, business consultant and motivational speaker. Career Muad was one of the people who were behind the '' Sandhaanu'' political magazine that criticized Maumoon Abdul Gayoom's government. Muad was one of the opposition Maldivian Democratic Party members on the streets of Maldives among the hundreds that were brutally cracked down upon by the National Security Service (NSS) during an anti-government demonstration in the Maldives. Mona Ali Mohamed Zaki (; born 18 November 1976) is an Egyptian actress and producer. Early life and education Mona Ali Mohamed Zaki was born in Cairo to her parents Ali Mohamed and Tahini Zaki on 18 November 1976. Her father was a university professor who held a number of international posts. After living in the United States, the UK and then Kuwait, Zaki returned to Cairo when she was thirteen. Dato' Mohamad Zaki (born 20 February 1952), also known as Nazaki Zaki or Sandhaanu Zaki, is a businessman and politician in the Maldives. Zaki previously served as the chairman of the Maldives Ports Limited from 2019 to 2020, as well as the high commissioner of the Maldives to Malaysia and the non-resident ambassadors of the Maldives to Brunei, Thailand, and Indonesia. Gihane Zaki (born 1966 in Cairo) is an Egyptologist. Until 1993 she studied at the Helwan University (Egypt) and from 1995 to 2000 as a doctoral student at Lumière University Lyon 2 in France. She was representing the Egyptian government at the UNESCO Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage and was the director of the Egyptian Academy of Fine Arts in Rome from 2013 to 2019. Amr Hassan Zaki (; born 1 April 1983) is an Egyptian former professional footballer who played as a striker. He has played for numerous different clubs in Egypt, Russia, England, Turkey and Kuwait.
