Zakaria Beglarishvili
Zakaria Beglarishvili ( ka, ზაქარია ბეგლარიშვილი; born 30 April 1990) is a Georgian-Estonian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder and winger for FCI Levadia Tallinn. International career In November 2015, Beglarishvili was called up by Kakhaber Tskhadadze for the Georgia national football team against Estonia and Albania. On 11 November 2015, he made his debut in the match against Estonia, coming on from the bench in the 79th minute. He expressed his desire to play for the national team of Estonia, country where he has played since 2009. In December 2018, after 8 years of living in Estonia, he passed the Estonian language exam and applied for the citizenship. He received an Estonian passport in September 2019. Eventually FIFA did not allow him to represent Estonia, due to not meeting the requirements. The Georgia national football team ( ka, საქართველოს ეროვნული საფეხბურთო ნაკრები, tr) represents the country of Georgia in men's international football matches, and it is controlled by the Georgian Football Federation. The 2017 Meistriliiga (known as A. Le Coq Premium Liiga for sponsorship reasons) was the 27th season of the Meistriliiga, the top Estonian league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1992. The season began on 3 March 2017 and concluded on 4 November 2017. FCI Tallinn began the season as defending champions of the 2016 season. Flora won their 11th Meistriliiga title following a 2–0 home win over Tammeka on 28 October 2017. Teams A total of 10 teams contested the league, including 8 teams from the 2016 season. The 2011 Meistriliiga was the 21st season of the Meistriliiga, the top Estonian league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1992. The season began on 5 March 2011 and concluded on 5 November 2011. The defending champions FC Flora Tallinn, Flora won their ninth league title. Teams FC Lootus Kohtla-Järve, Lootus finished the 2010 Meistriliiga, 2010 season in last place and were relegated to the 2011 Esiliiga as a result, ending their one-year stay in the Estonian top flight. Taking their place were FC Ajax Lasnamäe, Ajax, who finished the 2010 Esiliiga first among promotion-eligible clubs and third overall. They returned to the top flight after a three-year absence. The 2021 Meistriliiga, also known as A. Le Coq Premium Liiga for sponsorship reasons, was the 31st season of the Meistriliiga, the top Estonian league for association football clubs. The season was scheduled to begin on 5 March 2021, but was delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic until 13 March and concluded on 5 December. Flora were the defending champions. The title was decided in the last round match between Flora and FCI Levadia. FCI Levadia drew the game, holding on to their one point lead over Flora and winning their 10th Meistriliiga title, their first since 2014. Meistriliiga (, known as the A. Le Coq Premium Liiga for sponsorship reasons) is the highest division of the Estonian Football Association annual football (soccer), football championship. The league was founded in 1992, and was initially semi-professional with amateur clubs allowed to compete. With the help of solidarity mechanisms, the league is fully professional since the 2020 Meistriliiga, 2020 season. As in most countries with low temperatures in winter time, the season starts in March and ends in November. Meistriliiga consists of ten clubs, all teams play each other four times. After each season the bottom team is relegated and the second last team plays a two-legged play-off for a place in the Meistriliiga. In February 2013, A.
