Zainuddin (actor)
A. C. Sainuddin (12 May 1952 – 4 November 1999), mononym, mononymously known as Zainuddin, was an Indian actor, assistant director and comedian, who worked in Malayalam cinema. Career Zainuddin started his career as a mimicry artist in Cochin Kalabhavan. He was expert in imitating actor Madhu (actor), Madhu, Weblokam profile especially his mannerisms as Pareekkutty in ''Chemmeen''. He first appeared in films like ''Chappa'' directed by P. A. Bakkar. He then went on to act in over 150 films in a span of 13 years from 1986 to 1999. He was noted for his role as a siamese twin in the film ''Siamese Irattakal'', which featured him as a conjoined twin to Maniyanpilla Raju. Zainuddin also excelled in his roles in ''Mimics Parade'', ''Hitler (1996 film), Hitler'', ''Kabooliwala'', ''Lal Salam (1990 film), Lal Salaam'', ''Kasarkode Khaderbai, Kasargode Khaderbhai'' and ''Alancheri Thamprakkal, Alanchery Thambrakkal''. ''Kabooliwala'' is a 1994 Indian Malayalam-language coming of age comedy drama film, written and directed by Siddique-Lal, starring Innocent and Jagathy Sreekumar. The film was remade in Tamil as '' Meesai Madhavan'' (2004). Plot The story begins in Delhi. Unni is the four-year-old son of a Doctor and Sridevi. Unni has two elder sisters. On Unni's fourth birthday the Doctor is late for the celebration; but he gives Unni a bugle which he likes very much. The same night while they were celebrating Unni's birthday, a Kabooli named Ameer comes to the doctor with a child who is suffering from fever. The doctor does not treat the child but asks him to take the child to hospital. He receives a call at midnight that Ameer's son is in critical condition. ''Pappan Priyapatta Pappan'' () is a 1986 Indian Malayalam-language fantasy film directed by Sathyan Anthikad and written by Siddique–Lal. It stars Mohanlal, Rahman, Thilakan, Lissy, Bahadoor, Nedumudi Venu and Rajan P. Dev. This is the debut film of Siddique-Lal duo and Harisree Ashokan. The storyline is similar to Heaven Can Wait. ''My Dear Kuttichathan'' () is a 1984 Indian Malayalam-language children's fantasy film directed by Jijo Punnoose and produced by his father Navodaya Appachan under Navodaya Studio. It was the first Indian film to be filmed in 3D format. With screenplay by Raghunath Paleri, the story revolves around a mystical indigenous goblin called " Kuttichathan" who is under the spell of an evil sorcerer, however it gets released by three children and then befriends them.
