Zahur Raja was an actor, producer, director and singer in Indian and Pakistan Cinema. He was known for his roles in films ''Mirza Sahiban'' (1939), '' Pooja'' (1940), '' Sikandar'' (1941), ''Badil'' (1942), ''Sewa'' (1942), ''Mazaaq'' (1943), ''O Panchhi'' (1944), ''Panchhi'' (1944), ''Bhai'' (1944), ''Ghazal'' (1945), ''Anmol Ghadi'' (1946). Early life He was born in Abbottabad in Pathan family on 7 July 1918 during British India. His family's patriarchy was given Raja title by the British government and then it became their last name which his family used and he also used Raja as his last name. Sitara Devi (born Dhanlakshmi; 8 November 1920 – 25 November 2014) was an Indian dancer of the classical Kathak style of dancing, a singer, and an actress. She was the recipient of several awards and accolades, and performed at several prestigious venues in India and abroad; including the Royal Albert Hall, London (1967) and at the Carnegie Hall, New York (1976). At a young age Devi met Rabindranath Tagore. ''Jadoo'' (Magic) is a 1951 Hindi psychosocial melodrama film directed by A. R. Kardar. The story writers were S. N. Bannerji and Jagdish Kanwal, with dialogues by Zahur Raja and Bannerji. The music director was Naushad, with lyrics by Shakeel Badayuni. This was the second to last film in which Naushad was to be the music director for Kardar. After an association of fourteen films, Naushad composed one last time for Kardar in '' Deewana'' (1952). Prior to this Kardar had already approached composer S. D.
