Zach Cregger
Zachary Michael Cregger (born March 1, 1981) is an American actor, comedian, writer, director, producer, and Twitch streamer. He first came to prominence as one of the three founding members, alongside Trevor Moore and Sam Brown, of the New York City-based comedy troupe '' The Whitest Kids U' Know''. He later starred in the sitcoms '' Friends with Benefits'', ''Guys with Kids'', and '' Wrecked''. He also starred in the film '' Miss March'', which he co-directed and co-wrote with Moore. In 2022, Cregger wrote and directed the horror film ''Barbarian'', which was a commercial success and opened to positive critical reviews. Independent Spirit Awards
The Independent Spirit Awards (abbreviated Spirit Awards and originally known as the FINDIE or Friends of Independents Awards), founded in 1984, are awards dedicated to independent filmmakers. Winners were typically presented with acrylic glass pyramids containing suspended shoestrings representing the bare budgets of independent films. Since 2006, winners have received a metal trophy depicting a bird with its wings spread sitting atop of a pole with the shoestrings from the previous design wrapped around the pole. Uncle Morty's Dub Shack is a television series produced by the cable network ImaginAsian TV from 2004 through 2006. Written, directed by and starring Trevor Moore and James Matison ("Jimbo") and also starring John Chou, Aladdin Ullah and Patrick T. McGowan, the show ran for two seasons, though there is conflicting information about how many total episodes were produced. Moore left his role as writer/director for the majority of the second season, but returned for on-camera roles. The show centered on a ramshackle audio studio run by Matison's fictitious Uncle Morty (McGowan), a grouchy old man suffering from hearing loss.
