	Zainal Abidin Ahmad (writer) Tan Sri Zainal Abidin bin Ahmad (; 16 September 1895 – 23 October 1973) or better known by the moniker Za'aba (alternatively spelled ''Za'ba'', ), was a Malaysian writer and linguist. He modernised the Malay language with the publication of a series of grammar books entitled ''Pelita Bahasa'' in 1936 at the Sultan Idris Training College. The book contained guidelines in modernising the structure of classical Malay, transforming it into the language that is in use today: the most significant change was the switch from the conventional passive to the modern active form of syntax. He also devised the Za'aba Spelling system for Malay, which was adopted as the official orthography of Malay in Malaya and successor state Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei until when it was replaced by the New Rumi Spelling in 1972. 	Zaba (album) ''Zaba'' (stylised as ''ZABA'') is the debut studio album by English rock group Glass Animals, released on 9 June 2014 by Wolf Tone and Caroline International and on 17 June 2014 by Harvest Records in the US. Background Interest first arose in Glass Animals after the release of their debut extended play ''Leaflings'' on independent label Kaya Kaya Records, a subsidiary and imprint of XL Recordings, part of the Beggars Group of labels. After they became the first act to be signed to Wolf Tone, the record label of British producer Paul Epworth, they released their second, self-titled EP. picture info	Zine El Abidine Ben Ali Zine El Abidine Ben Ali (Tunisian Arabic: , ; 3 September 1936 – 19 September 2019), commonly known as Ben Ali or Ezzine, was a Tunisian politician who served as the second President of Tunisia from 1987 to 2011. In that year, during the Tunisian revolution, he was overthrown and fled to Saudi Arabia. Ben Ali was appointed Prime Minister in October 1987. He assumed the Presidency on 7 November 1987 in a bloodless coup d'état that ousted President Habib Bourguiba by declaring him incompetent. Ben Ali led an authoritarian regime. He was reelected in several non-democratic elections where he won with enormous majorities, each time exceeding 90% of the vote, his final re-election coming on 25 October 2009.
