Yves Missi
Yves Thierry Missi ( ; born 14 May 2004) is a Cameroonian professional basketball player for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Baylor Bears. Early life and high school career Missi was born on 14 May 2004 in Belgium but grew up in Yaoundé, Cameroon. He moved to the United States in 2021 and began attending West Nottingham Academy in Maryland. He later transferred to Prolific Prep in Napa, California, and averaged 9.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. A five-star recruit, he was highly recruited and was ranked by ESPN as the second-best player in California, the 13th-best player nationally and third-best center. Baylor Bears Men's Basketball
The Baylor Bears men's basketball team represents Baylor University in Waco, Texas, in National Collegiate Athletic Association, NCAA Division I (NCAA), Division I men's basketball competition. FIBA AfroBasket 2025 will be the 31st edition of the FIBA AfroBasket, a men's basketball continental championship of Africa. The tournament will be hosted by Angola for the fourth time between 12 and 24 August. Tunisia are the two-time defending champion, having won the 2017 and 2021 tournaments. The Nike Elite Youth Basketball League, also known as Nike EYBL, or simply EYBL, is a basketball circuit for teams of players aged 17 and under. The circuit was founded in 2010 and is composed of AAU travel teams. Both boys and girls play in the EYBL in their respective categories.
