Yuliya Andreyevna Yefimova (, also Romanization of Russian, romanized Efimova; born 3 April 1992) is a Russian competitive Swimming (sport), swimmer. She is the List of Russian records in swimming, Russian record holder in the 200 metre Medley swimming, individual medley (Short course (swimming), short course), 50 metre breaststroke (short course and Olympic-size swimming pool, long course), 100 metre breaststroke (short course and long course), and 200 metre breaststroke (short course and long course).
