Sha Kok Estate () is a public housing estate in Sha Tin Wai, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong near Pok Hong Estate, Jat Min Chuen and Sha Tin Wai station. The estate consists of seven residential blocks completed between 1980 and 1982. The blocks in the estate are named after birds. Sha Tin
Sha Tin, also spelt Shatin, is a neighbourhood along Shing Mun River in the eastern New Territories, Hong Kong. Administratively, it is part of the Sha Tin District. Sha Tin is one of the neighbourhoods of the Sha Tin New Town project. The new town was founded in 1973 under the new towns of Hong Kong, New Towns Development Programme of the Hong Kong government. Its current name was named after the nearby village of Sha Tin Wai. The literal English translation is 'Sand Fields'. Sha Tin District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. As one of the 9 districts located in the New Territories, it covers the areas of Sha Tin, Tai Wai, Ma On Shan, Fo Tan, Siu Lek Yuen, and Ma Liu Shui.
