Sponsored by Arawak Cement, they play in the Barbados' first division, the Barbados Premier Division. The club was founded in 1995. Saint Lucy, Barbados
The parish of Saint Lucy ("St. Lucy") is the northernmost area in the country of Barbados. Saint Lucy is the only parish of Barbados out of the eleven to be named after a female patron saint, Saint Lucy of Syracuse. Saint Lucy's shape also resembles a peninsula, surrounded on three sides by the Atlantic Ocean to the north, east and west. The Harrison Point Lighthouse is located in Harrisons, Saint Lucy between Great Head and Norse's Bay, also in Saint Lucy. To the south lies the neighbouring Parish of Saint Peter. Saint Lucy is the most distant part of Barbados from the capital city Bridgetown, located in the parish of Saint Michael or Grantley Adams International Airport in Christ Church. Barbados, officially the Republic of Barbados, is an island country in the Atlantic Ocean. It is part of the Lesser Antilles of the West Indies and the easternmost island of the Caribbean region. Barbados Premier Division
The Premier League is the top football league in Barbados. It was created in 1947 and is headed by the Barbados Football Association. Ten teams participate in this league. It is known as the Digicel Premier League for sponsorship reasons. Despite being a league competition in CONCACAF none of the Barbadian teams have played in CFU Club Championship or CONCACAF Champions' Cup (the last appearance was in 2000). The 9th and 10th-placed teams are relegated to Barbados Division One. Many teams play their home games at the 5,000-capacity Barbados National Stadium in Bridgetown. 2011 Barbados Premier Division
The 2010–11 Barbados Premier Division (officially the Digicel Premiere League for sponsorship reasons) was the 65th season of the highest tier of football in Barbados.
