Your Macedonia (; ) is the current name of the political alliance in North Macedonia led by the VMRO-DPMNE (). History VMRO-DPMNE has contested all parliamentary elections since 1998 as part of a coalition led by the party. In the 1998 Macedonian parliamentary election, 1998 elections it ran together with the Democratic Alternative (North Macedonia), Democratic Alternative and . It contested the 2002 Macedonian parliamentary election, 2002 elections with the Liberal Party of Macedonia, Liberal Party. Hristijan Mickoski
Hristijan Mickoski (, ; born 29 September 1977) is a Macedonian politician and former mechanical engineer, currently serving as Prime Minister of North Macedonia, a position he has held since June 2024. He is also a university professor and the party leader of VMRO-DPMNE. In 2016, Mickoski became the director of '' Power Plants of Macedonia'', and in the period from 2015 to 2017, he was an energy advisor to prime ministers Nikola Gruevski and Emil Dimitriev. As the sole candidate, he was elected leader of VMRO-DPMNE at the party's 16th congress in Valandovo. Early life and career Mickoski was born on 29 September 1977 in Skopje, then in Socialist Republic of Macedonia, part of SFR Yugoslavia. The Socialist Party of Macedonia (SPM; , ''Socijalistička Partija na Makedonija'') is a political party in North Macedonia founded on 22 September 1990 as a successor to the Socialist Alliance of Working People of Yugoslavia. The SPM proclaims itself to be a left-wing democratic socialist party. The SPM was part of the coalition governments from 1992 to 1998, led by the SDSM. The party's first leader was Kiro Popovski from 1990 to 1995, while the second one was Ljubisav Ivanov-Dzingo from 1996 until his death in November 2020. United for Macedonia () is a political party in North Macedonia. It was founded by Ljube Boškoski, a former interior minister and former member of the conservative VMRO-DPMNE. History After having been acquitted of all charges against him at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Ljube Boškoski returned to Macedonia on 11 July 2008. After disagreements with the new leadership of his party, VMRO-DPMNE, he decided to participate in the 2009 presidential elections as an independent candidate and at the end of May 2009 formed his own party, ''United for Macedonia''.
