''Yosemite Sam and the Gold River Adventure!'' was a dark boat ride at the amusement park Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, Texas. The ride opened on June 15, 1992, as a replacement for ''The Spee-Lunker Cave'', and closed on September 22, 2018, before being replaced by ''Pirates of Speelunker Cave'' in 2022. History ''Yosemite Sam and the Gold River Adventure!'' opened at Six Flags Over Texas on June 15, 1992. Daffy Duck is an animated cartoon character created by animators Tex Avery and Bob Clampett for Leon Schlesinger Productions. Melvin Jerome Blanc (born Blank ; May 30, 1908 – July 10, 1989) was an American voice actor and radio personality whose career spanned over 60 years. Gregory Lewis Burson (August 15, 1949 – July 22, 2008) was an American voice actor. He was best known for being one of the many successors to voice actors Daws Butler (who was also Burson's mentor) and Mel Blanc following their deaths in 1988 and 1989 respectively. Career One of Burson's earliest jobs, which did not pay well but got him lots of attention, was doing the voiceover for a Dianetics commercial for Scientology. ''Zoom and Bored'' is a 1957 Warner Bros. cartoon, being a part of the ''Merrie Melodies'' series and directed by Chuck Jones. The short was released on September 14, 1957, and stars Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner. The title is a play on room and board, just like the Sylvester and Tweety short '' Room and Bird''. This is one of the few shorts where the Road Runner shows a soft side for Wile E. Coyote and spares him. ''Rebel Rabbit'' is a 1949 Warner Bros. ''Merrie Melodies'' animated short directed by Robert McKimson. The cartoon was released on April 9, 1949, and features Bugs Bunny. In the film, Bugs finds the insignificant bounty on rabbits to be offensive. He is informed that rabbits are considered harmless. He sets out to prove how dangerous he can be, by vandalizing monuments and landmarks throughout the United States. He is soon targeted by the entire War Department.
