Yodchai
Yodchai is a Lightweight Muay Thai fighter from Thailand, currently fighting out of YOKKAO Training Center Bangkok. He is a WBC Muay Thai International champion. Biography Yodchai was born in the northern Thai province of Uttaradit. He began training at 8 and fought shortly after. He soon moved to Lok Bor Kor gym in Singburi, training and fighting for many years before he was acquired by YOKKAO Fight Team in December, 2016. On 26 January 2019, Yodchai fought against Italian fighter, Jonathan Astarita at Yokkao 35 in Turin, Italy for the WBC Lightweight International title. Yodchai won the fight by technical knockout after Astarita was unable to continue after round 3. Yokkao
Yokkao Boxing is a Muay Thai brand headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. History YOKKAO was founded in Bangkok on 1 January 2010 by Philip Villa and Doungjaj Tananan. It began by producing Muay Thai shorts and training equipment. In February 2011, YOKKAO started the YOKKAO Fight Team which sponsors Muay Thai Fighters around the world. The earliest line-up of the fight team included Buakaw Banchamek, Yoddecha Sityodtong, Jordan Watson, Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee, Saenchai P.K. Saenchai, Dzhabar Askerov, Cedric Muller and Liam Harrison. They also partnered up with Muay Thai camps such as Sityodtong. In November 2011, the company started Muay Thai fight promotion by holding preliminary selections where winners would go on to fight at the first major YOKKAO fight event. Suphachai Saepong (; born July 30, 1980), known professionally as Saenchai (), is a Thai professional Muay Thai fighter and former professional boxer. He is a former six-time Lumpinee Stadium champion across four divisions as well as the 1999 and 2008 Sports Writers Association of Thailand Fighter of the Year. Nicknamed the "Ultimate Boxer from Sarakham", he is often regarded as one of the greatest and most talented fighters in the history of Muay Thai. Jomhod Chor Ketweena
Chamlom Thodthing (; born July 5, 1970), known professionally as Jomhod Kiatadisak (), is a Thai former professional Muay Thai fighter and kickboxer. Biography and career He started learning muay Thai at the age of 7 and won his first fight when he was 11 years old. In 1986, Jomhod won the Southern Thailand Championship in 59.6 kg weight category and the same year, at the age of 16, he moved to Bangkok and began his proper fighting career. Jomhod fought in Lumpinee stadium for the first time in 1989. At the age of 18 he won the Lumpinee Lightweight Title, he never lost the belt but vacated it to move up in weight. In 1994 he won the Rachadamernn Championship in the same weight class, followed by the super lightweight title the next year and at one stage simultaneously held titles in both Lumpinee Stadium and Rajadamnern Stadium. Lumpinee Stadium
Lumpinee Boxing Stadium () is a sporting arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Opened more than a decade later than Rajadamnern Stadium, Lumpinee is run by the Royal Thai Army. It has become the symbol of modern Muay Thai. Only Rajadamnern Stadium rivals the prestige of holding the title of "Muay Thai Champion of Lumpinee". The ranking system and championship titles are held from mini flyweight (105 lb) up to super welterweight (154 lb). Muay Thai bouts are held on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
