Jolene Chin Yeng-Mun or Chan Ying Man, or Chen Ying Wen (Traditional Chinese: 陳影雯), is a beauty pageant queen from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She won the title of Miss Astro Chinese International in 2004 where she received the Miss Friendship Award and Miss Elegance Award and, represented Malaysia at the Miss Chinese International Pageant. She also won the Miss Chinese International Friendship Award in 2005. She can speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Malay. Tsai Ing-wen
Tsai Ing-wen (; pinyin: ''Cài Yīngwén''; born 31 August 1956) is a Taiwanese politician and legal scholar who served as the seventh president of the Republic of China (Taiwan) from 2016 to 2024. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), she intermittently served as List of leaders of the Democratic Progressive Party, chair of the DPP from 2008 to 2012, 2014 to 2018, and 2020 to 2022. Tsai Ying-wen (; 4 June 1952 – 10 October 2019) was a Taiwanese political scientist and translator. He was a research fellow at Academia Sinica, with his main research focus on the history of Western political thought. His book, ''From Monarchy and Autocracy to Democracy'', won Academia Sinica's 5th Academic Book Award in Humanities and Social Sciences in 2016. Biography Tsai was born on 4 June 1952 in Taipei County, Taiwan (Now New Taipei). He graduated from the Department of History of Tunghai University, and later obtained a Ph.D. in political science from the University of York in the United Kingdom. He was a research fellow at Academia Sinica, and was a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge. His main research area was the history of Western political thought.
