Yin Jiaxu
Yin Jiaxu (; born April 1956) is a retired Chinese business executive who served as chairman of Norincon Group between 2013 and 2018. He has retired for more than two years. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in April 2021. He is the first senior official in state-owned enterprise and the sixth senior official in China to be targeted by China's top anticorruption watchdog in 2021. He entered the workforce in December 1976, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in June 1984. He was a delegate to the 16th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a deputy to the 10th and 11th National People's Congress. Biography Yin was born in Chongqing, in April 1956. Yǐn (surname)
Yin () is a Chinese surname. In 800 BCE, Bo Jifu, a renowned judge during the reign of King Xuan of Zhou, held the position of Yin (equivalent to First Minister or most favored Minister) and changed his name to Yin Jifu. During the era of the Imperial Examination System, three other magistrates took on the surname Yǐn () to denote their Imperial rank and favoured status. The Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China (SPP) is the highest national agency responsible for legal prosecution and prosecutorial investigation in China. The SPP reports to the National People's Congress (NPC). The Procuratorate acts as a public prosecutor for criminal cases, conducting both the relevant investigations and prosecutions of such cases. The agency also reviews the legal rulings of the local and special procuratorates, the lower people's courts, and issues judicial interpretations. Conceived initially in 1949 as the Supreme People's Prosecutor's Office, the agency was renamed the Supreme People's Procuratorate in 1954. Chongqing Previously romanized as Chungking ();. is a direct-administered municipality in Southwestern China. Chongqing is one of the four direct-administered municipalities under the Central People's Government, along with Beijing, Shanghai, and Tianjin.
