Yeu Muslim (born 25 December 1998) is a Cambodian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Phnom Penh Crown and the Cambodia national team. Club career Yeu was promoted to the Phnom Penh Crown first team in 2015, winning a Cambodian League title in his first season. He made his AFC Cup debut in 2017, playing in both legs of their 3–7 aggregate defeat to Home United. In January 2020 he signed a two-year contract extension. During the 2020 season, he was forced to spend time at right-back due to the number of talented midfielders on the squad. International career Yeu represented the Cambodian national under-19 team at the 2016 AFF U-19 Youth Championship in Vietnam. He also played for the Cambodian national under-23 team at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games and the 2020 AFC U-23 Championship qualification phase. 2020 AFC U-23 Championship Qualification
The 2020 AFC U-23 Championship qualification was an international men's under-23 football competition which decide the participating teams of the 2020 AFC U-23 Championship. A total of 16 teams qualified to play in the final tournament, including Thailand who qualified automatically as hosts country. These matches also served as the first stage of the AFC qualifiers for the 2020 Summer Olympics men's football tournament in Japan. Cambodian League Cup
The Cambodian League Cup, previously known as CNCC League Cup, is an annual knockout football tournament in Cambodia. The Cambodian National Competitions Committee (CNCC) planned to hold the 1st edition of the tournament in 2021. However, it was cancelled during the final stage of tournament due to problems relating to COVID-19. The tournament was brought back by the newly established Cambodian Football League Company in 2022 to ensure players from both divisions are active during 2021 SEA Games period. The Cambodian Premier League (, ) is a top association football division in Cambodia and administered by the Cambodian Football League Company (CFLC). Contested by 11 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with Cambodian League 2.
