Yesui Zhang
Zhang Yesui (; born October 1953) is a Chinese diplomat who served as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary for the China, People's Republic of China. He was formerly the List of ambassadors of China to the United States, Chinese Ambassador to the United States. He has previously served as Permanent Representative of China to the United Nations in New York City. Biography Zhang Yesui was born in October 1953 in Hubei Province and is a native of that region. He graduated from the Beijing Foreign Studies University and studied at the London School of Economics. After completing his education, he entered diplomacy, diplomatic service and was posted to the Chinese Embassy to the United Kingdom in London. Excellency
Excellency is an honorific style (manner of address), style given to certain high-level officers of a sovereign state, officials of an international organization, or members of an aristocracy. Once entitled to the title "Excellency", the holder usually retains the right to that courtesy throughout their lifetime, although in some cases the title is attached to a particular office and is held only during tenure of that office. The 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party was elected by the 18th National Congress on 15 November 2012, and sat in plenary sessions until the communing of the 19th National Congress in 2017.
