"Yes Man" is an English language hit single by Norway, Norwegian singer Bjørn Johan Muri, written by Simone Larsen, Simen Eriksrud, and Muri himself. The song took part in the Norwegian contest Melodi Grand Prix 2010, held to select the Norwegian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, finishing fourth in the final on 6 February 2010. The eventual winner was Didrik Solli-Tangen with the song My Heart Is Yours. Bjørn Johan Muri
Bjørn Johan Muri (born 4 January 1990) is a Norwegian singer known for having taken part in Series 5 '' Idol'' (the Norwegian ''Pop Idol'') in 2007 where he came runner-up. In 2010, he took part in the Norwegian qualification for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, with the song "Yes Man". Here he qualified for the final, where he finished fourth overall. Despite that, the single still became a #1 hit in Norway. Muri also plays drums in a brass band, and sings in a jazz band called "Little Green Apples Falling Down From A Tree". Didrik Solli-Tangen
Didrik Solli-Tangen (born 11 June 1987) is a Norwegian singer who represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song " My Heart Is Yours". Biography Solli-Tangen was born in Porsgrunn. From his early years he was interested in music, and at 15 years old he joined a band, first as the drummer, and later as lead singer, performing in front of classmates and family, and joined the local “high school musical”. By the time he reached upper-secondary school his father had him receive voice coaching from Anders Vangen. Though at the beginning he refused to try singing in an operatic style, considering it old fashioned, he began slowly to accept the idea. Didrik graduated from the Barratt Due Institute of performing arts in Oslo in 2010, with the highest grade. He's called "the opera singer" by several Norwegian media, but he claims not to accept that label. VG-lista is the primary Norwegian record chart, charting albums and singles from Norwegian and international artists. It is presented weekly in the newspaper ''Verdens Gang, VG''. The data is collected by Nielsen SoundScan, Nielsen Soundscan International and based on the sales in approximately 100 shops in Norway. The singles chart started as a top 10 chart in week 42 of 1958 and was expanded to a top 20 chart in week 5 of 1995, the same time as the albums chart, which started as a top 20 chart in week 1 of 1967, was expanded to a top 40 chart. Norway was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song "My Heart Is Yours" written by Hanne Sørvaag and Fredrik Kempe, and performed by Didrik Solli-Tangen.
