Yeo Yeong-gug
Yeo Yeong-gug (; born 28 January 1965) is a South Korean politician who led the Justice Party from 2021 to 2022. He was previously a member of the National Assembly from 2019 until 2020, and also served on the South Gyeongsang Provincial Council. Life Yeo Yeong-gug was born on 28 January 1965 in Sacheon, South Gyeongsang Province. As a young man, he also worked as a senior official of the Korean Metal Workers' Union while working with labour movements. He entered the political world, leaving the labor movement, and has since been elected as member of the South Gyeongsang Provincial Council in the 2010 local elections. He was also elected in the 2014 elections, but lost in the 2018 election. After Roh Hoe-chan's death, he ran for the by-election in the Seongsan District, Changwon. OhmyNews (Hangul: 오마이뉴스) is a South Korean online news website with the motto "Every Citizen is a Reporter". It was founded by Oh Yeon Ho on February 22, 2000. It is the first news website in Korea to accept, edit and publish articles from its readers, in an open source style of news reporting. About 20% of the site's content is written by the 55-person staff, while most of the articles are written by other freelance contributors who are mostly ordinary citizens. Political position OhmyNews is a liberal and progressive media. OhmyNews is a media that shows liberal-leaning bias, unlike the somewhat moderate liberal Hankyoreh and Kyunghyang. The Hankyoreh
''The Hankyoreh'' (, literally "The Korean Nation" or "One Nation") is a centre-left liberal daily newspaper in South Korea. It was established in 1988 after widespread purges forced out dissident journalists, and was envisioned as an alternative to existing newspapers, which were regarded as unduly influenced by the authoritarian government at the time. Changwon
Changwon () is the capital city of Gyeongsangnam-do, on the southeast coast of South Korea. With a population of 1.07 million , Changwon is South Korea's ninth-most populous city.
