Yemekteyiz
''Yemekteyiz'' () is a Turkish television reality series based on the ''Come Dine with Me'' format which initially premiered on Show TV in October 2008. The program was later transferred to Fox in October 2012. Since 2017, it has been broadcast on TV8. A group consisting of five people who do not know each other go to each individual's house every evening and rate the food on a scale of 0 to 10. At the end of the fifth day, the contestant with the highest score wins 250,000. Viewed in Turkey as a continuation to the program ''Biri Bizi Gözetliyor'', which was centered around the daily lives and cooking of people, ''Yemekteyiz'' has been the subject of various comedy sketches on different TV shows, including ''Avrupa Yakası'' and '' CoMedya''. Onur Büyüktopçu (born 24 April 1982) is a Turkish actor, cast director and manager. He is known for his roles in '' Kiralık Aşk'', ''Memleket Hikayeleri'' and ''Hürmüz Gelin''. Life and career Onur Büyüktopçu was born on 24 April 1982 in Istanbul. His father is from Çankırı, while his mother is an Albanian immigrant. He lived in İzmir until the age of eighteen and finished his education there. Seda Sayan (born Aysel Gürsaçer; 30 December 1962) is a Turkish pop folk singer, actress, and TV variety-show hostess. Personal life Sayan was born in a poor family so she started working from a very young age. She started performing at the age of 16. She had her date of birth changed via a court decision in 1978 to 4 January 1959, in order to be eligible for performing at a specific venue. ''Come Dine with Me'' is a British reality series that has aired on Channel 4 since 10 January 2005 and is narrated by Dave Lamb. Format The original format features five amateur chefs who live in the same town or area, who each host a three-course dinner party for the other contestants at their own home over successive episodes. Each competitor then rates the host's food and hosting skills during the taxi journey home, with the highest-scoring chef winning £1,000 cash at the end of the five-episode cycle.
