Yaw Paintsil
Yaw Paintsil (born 19 August 1999) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Lillestrøm. Career Early years Hailing from Oslo, Paintsil began playing in the club Årvoll at the age of 5. Paintsil was also accepted into law school, having taken the law course in upper secondary school and watched the TV series '' Suits''. He did not play football professionally, but moved on from Årvoll to the third-tier club Kjelsås. Tromsø In Kjelsås, he eventually showed enough promise to be signed by Tromsø in August 2022, effective from the end of the year. Paintsil would become fully professional, and quit his current part-time job as a front desk clerk in a law firm. Paintsil made his Eliteserien debut in April 2023 at home against Molde. After his first goal for Tromsø, Paintsil, who is of Ghanaian descent, was praised by several Ghanaian news outlets. Oslo

Norwegian Third Division
The Norwegian Third Division, also called Norsk Tipping-Ligaen, is the fourth highest division of the men's football league in Norway. Like the rest of the Norwegian football league system, the season runs from spring to autumn, running approximately from April to October. After the 2010 season, the league was reorganised, reducing the number of teams to 164 and halving the number of parallel sections from 24 to 12. After the 2016 season, the league was again reorganised, reducing the number of teams from 164 to 84, and halved the number of groups from twelve to six. 2019 Norwegian Fourth Division
The 2019 season of the ''4. divisjon'', the fifth highest association football league for men in Norway. Between 16 and 26 games (depending on group size) are played in 24 groups, with 3 points given for wins and 1 for draws. According to a proposal at the 2018 Football Convention, fewer teams would be relegated from the 2019 3. divisjon to the 2020 4. divisjon, and accordingly, fewer teams would be promoted. The 2020 2. divisjon (referred to as PostNord-ligaen for sponsorship reasons) was a Norwegian football third-tier league season. The league consisted of 28 teams divided into 2 groups of 14 teams. The groups were announced by the NFF on 7 December 2019. Under normal circumstances, the league would have been played as a double round-robin tournament, where all teams play 26 matches. However, this season, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the league was split after 13 rounds, meaning the teams only played each other once in this stage. The seven best ranked teams in each of the two groups qualified for a second stage, the promotion groups, where they were to play six more matches. The seven worst ranked teams in each of the two groups did not play any more matches after the first stage, and no teams were relegated.
