Yashoda Krishna
''Yasodha Krishna'' is a 1975 Indian Telugu-language film directed by C. S. Rao. The film features Baby Sridevi and Baby Rohini portraying young Lord Krishna, with the latter making her on-screen debut as a child artiste at the age of five. The film also stars Jamuna as Yasodha and S. V. Ranga Rao as Kamsa. ''Yasodha Krishna'' was later dubbed into Kannada under the same title. Notably, this film marked the final appearance of S. V. Ranga Rao, as it was released a year after his death, following the earlier release of his last Tamil film ''Sivakamiyin Selvan'' (1974). Plot The film depicts some of the events in the life of Lord Krishna. It begins with the marriage of Devaki and Vasudeva, the birth of Krishna, Krishna Leelalu and the killing of Kamsa by Krishna. Bala Krishna (). Present day Krishna worship is an amalgam of various elements. According to historical testimonies Krishna-Vasudeva worship already flourished in and around Mathura several centuries before Christ. A second important element is the cult of Krishna Govinda. ''Kalki'' is a Tamil-language weekly magazine published from Chennai, India. The magazine was established by Kalki Krishnamurthy, a popular Tamil novelist and Indian freedom fighter, in 1941. T Sadasivam was the magazine's co-founder. The magazine is known for its publication of historic novels such as '' Ponniyin Selvan'' and '' Sivagamiyin Sabadham''. Singer Semmangudi Srinivasa Iyer, guru of M S Subbulakshmi, and music critic S V Seshadri were also involved with the magazine in its coverage of music. Kalki Krishnamurthy also edited the magazine, which is published on a weekly basis. During his term the magazine was much more respected due to its quality. The magazine ceased publication in 1977, but resumed in June 1978. Indra (; ) is the Hindu god of weather, considered the king of the Deva (Hinduism), Devas and Svarga in Hinduism. Manju Bhargavi is an actress and dancer, best known for her performance in the Telugu cinema, Telugu blockbusters, ''Nayakudu Vinayakudu'' (1980) and ''Sankarabharanam (1980 film), Sankarabharanam'' (1980), which both released in the same year, just a day apart. Narada
Narada (, ), or Narada Muni, is a sage-divinity, famous in Hinduism, Hindu traditions as a travelling musician and storyteller, who carries news and enlightening wisdom. He is one of the Manasputra, mind-created children of Brahma, the creator god. Chandra Mohan (born Mallampalli Chandrasekhara Rao; 23 May 1946 – 11 November 2023) was an Indian actor known for his works predominantly in Telugu films. He won a Filmfare Award South and two Nandi Awards. Early life Mohan was born as Mallampalli Chandrasekhara Rao on 23 May 1946, in Pamidimukkala village in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. Ugrasena
Ugrasena () is a character mentioned in the Hindu epic, Mahabharata. He is the King of Mathura, a kingdom that was established by the Vrishni tribes from the Yadavamsha clan. His son Kamsa was a cousin of Krishna's mother, Devaki. King Ugrasena was overthrown by Kamsa, and was sentenced to life in prison, along with Kamsa's cousin, Devaki, and her husband, Vasudeva. Krishna reinstalled Ugrasena as the ruler of Mathura once more after defeating his wicked uncle. Mikkilineni Radhakrishna Murthy (7 July 1914 - 23 February 2011) was an Indian actor and thespian known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. He was one of the founding members of the theater group ''Praja Natya Mandali''.
