Yanou
Yann Peifer (born 6 March 1974), known professionally as Yanou, is a German trance and Eurodance musician and producer. He is most famous for collaborating on DJ Sammy's hit "Heaven" with vocalist Do and for being a member of the popular German trance acts Tune Up! with DJ Manian, and Cascada alongside Natalie Horler as well as Manian. Heaven (DJ Sammy Song)
"Heaven" is a song by the Canadian singer and songwriter Bryan Adams recorded in 1983, written by Adams and Jim Vallance. It first appeared on the '' A Night in Heaven'' soundtrack album the same year and was later included on Adams' album '' Reckless'' in 1984. It was released as the third single from ''Reckless'' and reached number one on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Hot 100 in June 1985, over a year and a half after the song first appeared on record. The single was certified Gold in Canada in 1985. Heavily influenced by Journey's 1983 hit " Faithfully", the song was written while Adams served as the opening act on the band's Frontiers Tour, and features their drummer, Steve Smith. Dominique Rijpma van Hulst (; born 7 September 1981) is a Dutch singer and actress known by her stage name Do ( ). She is best known for singing the vocals of "Heaven", DJ Sammy's worldwide top 10-hit in 2002–2003, a cover of the 1980s hit of the same name by Bryan Adams. Early life Dominique Rijpma van Hulst was born in 1981 in Valkenswaard, Netherlands. She was raised by her stepfather Willem-Jan van Hulst, a popular tennis coach. At age fourteen, she planned to compete in Wimbledon, but an injury ended her tennis career. Samuel Bouriah (born 19 October 1969), better known by his stage name DJ Sammy, is a Spanish DJ and record producer. He has released five albums and has had five top-10 hits, including a cover of Bryan Adams' "Heaven", which reached number one in the UK in 2002. His career started with ex-wife Marie-José van der Kolk in the making of his first singles, under the stage name of DJ Sammy featuring Carisma. Natalie Horler (born 23 September 1981) is a singer, songwriter and television presenter, best known for being the lead singer of the Eurodance group Cascada. Early life and family Natalie Horler was born in 1981 in Bonn, West Germany, to English parents. Her father, David Horler, is a jazz trombonist who had moved to Germany to be a musician there, while her mother, Christine, is a foreign language teacher. Horler grew up with her two siblings, Sally and Victoria, and also has a half-brother and a half-sister. Her uncle is English jazz pianist John Horler. Cosmic Gate is a German DJ duo consisting of trance music producers Claus Terhoeven (born 1972) and Stefan Bossems (born 1967). Both hail from Krefeld, Germany. On October 28, 2009, ''DJ Magazine'' announced the results of their annual Top 100 DJ Poll, with Ultra Records artist Cosmic Gate placed #19, 43 spots above the group's ranking the year before. E Nomine (Latin for "Out of the Name", from the ''In Nomine'', "In the Name f) is a German musical project formed in 1999 by producers Christian Weller and Friedrich "Fritz" Graner. Their music, which they call monumental vocal style, is a combination of trance, techno, and vocals which closely resemble Gregorian singing and chanting.
