Yangcheng County
Yangcheng County () is a county in the southeast of Shanxi Province, China, bordering Henan Province to the south. It is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Jincheng and located in the latter's southwest confines. It is home to the AAAAA-rated House of the Huangcheng Chancellor. Yangcheng Lake
Yangcheng Lake () is a freshwater lake in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, China, about northeast of the city center. The lake is long from north to south, with an average width of from east to west with a surface area of about , and ranges in depth from . Yangcheng lake is located between Lake Tai and the Yangtze River. It crosses the boundary between the Suzhou and the county-level cities of Changshu and Kunshan. The -long Yangcheng West Lake Tunnel (阳澄西湖隧道) runs underneath the lake, and the lake itself is served by both a mainline high-speed railway station Yangchenghu railway station and 2 stations of the Suzhou Metro system: Yangchenghu South station on Line 5 and Yangchenghu East on Line 11. The lake is the most famous native habitat for the Chinese mitten crab, which is considered a regional delicacy. Yangcheng (historical City)
Yangcheng () was the first capital of the Xia dynasty (c. 2070–1600 BC) of China. In ancient texts, the city was founded by Yu the Great (founder of the Xia), or was his residence. In the Bamboo Annals and '' Shiben'', Yangcheng was located near Mount Song and the Wudu and Ying rivers (close to modern Gaocheng, Henan). Dengfeng (; postal: Tengfeng) is a county-level city of Henan Province, China. It is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Zhengzhou. Dengfeng has an area of and a population of 630,000. It occupies the southwestern corner of Zhengzhou and is its westernmost county-level division.
