Yang Changpeng (; born May 1, 1989) is a Chinese footballer. Club career Yang Changpeng was scouted by Xiao Duyin, by-then youth coach of Wuhan Optics Valley youth team, when he was coaching his team for pre-season at Hainan Province. By then 15 years old, Yang Changpeng has left hometown Wuhan for 3 years looking for chance at Guangdong and then Hainan, before finally earning a chance back home. In October 2006, already 2 metres high he was scouted by Bolton Wanderers and invited to a one-month trial at England where he was dubbed 'China's Peter Crouch' by the British media due to his extremely tall stature. On his return from Britain he eventually graduated to their senior side and make his debut for them in a league game on September 20, 2008 against Shaanxi CSCE. Wuhan (, ; ; ) is the capital of Hubei Province in the People's Republic of China. Wuhan Yangtze River Football Club, formerly Wuhan Zall Football Club (), is a professional Chinese football club that currently participates in the Chinese Super League under licence from the Chinese Football Association (CFA). The team is based in Wuhan, Hubei and their home stadium is the Dongxihu Sports Centre that has a seating capacity of 30,000. Their current majority shareholder is the investment company Wuhan Zall Development Holding Co. Ltd. The club was founded in 2009 after the withdrawal and then dissolution of its predecessor Wuhan Optics Valley from the league after the club had a dispute with the Chinese Football Association over their on-field behaviour. The 2013 Chinese Football Association Division Two League season is the 24th season since its establishment in 1989. It is divided into two groups, North and South. There are 15 teams participating in the league, 8 teams in North Group and 7 teams in South Group. The league is made up of two stages, the group stage and the play-off. The group stage is a double round-robin format. Each team in the group will play the other teams twice, home and away. It will start on May 4 and end on September 22. The Chinese Football Association China League (), also known as China League One or Chinese Jia League (中甲联赛), is the second level of professional football in China. Above League One is the Chinese Super League. Prior to the formation of the Chinese Super League, Jia League was known as ''Jia B League''. The then top two levels of Chinese football league were known as ''Jia A League'' and ''Jia B League'' respectively.
