Yahiko Station
is a railway station on the Yahiko Line in the village of Yahiko, Niigata, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East). Lines Yahiko Station is the terminal station, terminus of the Yahiko Line, and is 17.4 kilometers from opposing terminus of the line at Higashi-Sanjō Station. is a velodrome located in Yahiko, Niigata that conducts pari-mutuel ''Keirin'' racing - one of Japan's four authorized where gambling is permitted. Its Keirin identification number for betting purposes is 21# (21 sharp). Yahiko's oval is 400 meters in circumference. , also known as Iyahiko-jinja is a Shinto shrine in the Yahiko neighborhood of the village of Yahiko, Nishikanbara District, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Suica () is a prepaid rechargeable contactless smart card and electronic money system used as a fare card on train lines and other public transport systems in Japan, launched on November 18, 2001, by East Japan Railway Company (JR East). A side platform (also known as a marginal platform or a single-face platform) is a platform positioned to the side of one or more railway tracks or guideways at a railway station, tram stop, or transitway. A station having dual side platforms, one for each direction of travel, is the basic design used for double-track railway lines (as opposed to, for instance, the island platform where a single platform lies between the tracks).
