Yachuli
Yachuli is a village in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. It is the headquarters of Keyi Panyor district. Yachuli is located south of the district headquarters of Ziro. It is one of the 60 constituencies of Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh. The current Member of the Legislative Assembly for this constituency () is Taba Tedir. Keyi Panyor District
Keyi Panyor is one of the 28 Districts of Arunachal Pradesh, districts of Arunachal Pradesh state in northeastern India. Yachuli is its headquarters. History In December 2022, the All Yachuli Student Union (AYSU) demanded creation of Keyi Panyor district, by bifurcating the then existing Lower Subansiri district. In September 2023, the Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu announced creation of district. And in February 2024, the cabinet approved the bill for district creation. It was formed by carved out 195 villages from Lower Subansiri district. In March 1, 2024, the district was officially inaugurated. Demographics The district is populated mainly by the Nyishi people. Ziro
Ziro is a town in and the district headquarters of the Lower Subansiri district in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. It is included the Tentative List for UNESCO's World Heritage Site for the '' Apatani cultural landscape''. The part of the town which is the centre of economic activities and where the administrative offices are located is called Hapoli, or locally known by the Apatanis as "Hao-Polyang".
