Young Greens Of Canada
The Young Greens of Canada are the youth wing of the Green Party of Canada and were formed at the 2006 leadership convention. The Young Greens of Canada's membership consists of youth aged 14 to 29 years of age. All Green Party of Canada members in good standing, between the ages of 14 and 29, are eligible to vote on Young Greens Council elections every year. The Young Greens have campus clubs and regional clubs established across Canada. The wing works with the Green Party leader, Elizabeth May and MPs. History The Young Greens of Canada were formed at the 2006 national convention in Ottawa. A constitutional resolution moving that two Youth Co-Chairs seat be created on Federal Council (Section 7.3.13), and the second, a directive resolution moving that a standing committee on youth involvement in the party be created. Yale Glee Club
The Yale Glee Club is a mixed chorus of men and women, consisting of students of Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Founded in 1861, it is the third oldest collegiate chorus in the United States after the Harvard Glee Club, founded in 1858, and the University of Michigan Men's Glee Club, founded in 1859. The Glee Club performs several concerts each year in New Haven and goes on tour each January. According to music critic Zachary Woolfe of the ''New York Times'', it is "one of the best collegiate singing ensembles, and one of the most adventurous." Its members are "world famous for their harmonic precision" per ''New York Times'' music critic Robert Sherman. Ysbyty Glan Clwyd
Glan Clwyd Hospital (Welsh language, Welsh: ''Ysbyty Glan Clwyd)'' is a hospital in Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire, Wales. It is managed by the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. History The hospital, which was built with six operating theatres at a cost of £16 million, opened in 1980. Double Olympic gold medallist Jade Jones (taekwondo), Jade Jones was born in the hospital in March 1993. The North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre, which provides cancer treatment for patients across North Wales, opened at the hospital in June 2000 and was then run by the North Wales Cancer Service. A new operating theatre department was opened in 2012, followed by a new pathology department in 2013.
