Xinyi District or Sinyi District is the seat of the Taipei City Government and Taipei City Council. The district includes Taipei 101, Taipei International Convention Center, Taipei World Trade Center, National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and various shopping malls and entertainment venues, making it the most cosmopolitan district of Taipei. Xiaoyi () is a county-level city under the administration of Lüliang prefecture-level city, in Shanxi Province, China. Xinyi () is a county-level city under the administration of Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, China. It borders the prefecture-level cities of Linyi ( Shandong) to the north, Lianyungang to the northeast, and Suqian to the east and south. History The archaeological site of Huating, located in the southwestern part, was inhabited as long as 5,000 years ago.
