The operating system is developed for use in the company's smartphones. and a stripped-down version for its tablets Debuted initially as XUI in 2015, the operating system changed its name to XOS in 2016. Claims from the company about unique user customization capabilities are made. As with the original Android OS, XOS supports a wide range of customizations to the system interface. The original XUI 1.0 is based on Android 5.0. Later releases are based on newer Android operating systems. The operating system includes pre-installed applications in all of its versions. XOS includes all functionalities seen in the original Android operating system, including fingerprint and facial recognition unlocking. Features Default apps and components The following is a list of Infinix's own software and functionalities that are included with XOS (as ...

Xerox Operating System
The Xerox Operating System (XOS) was an operating system for the XDS Sigma series of computers "optimized for direct replacement of IBM DOS/360 installations" and to provide real-time and timesharing support. The system was developed, beginning in 1969, for Xerox by the French firm CII (now Bull). XOS was more successful in Europe than in the US, but was unable to compete with IBM. By 1972 there were 35 XOS installations in Europe, compared to 2 in the US. Xylooligosaccharide
Xylooligosaccharides (XOS) are polymers of the sugar xylose. They are produced from the xylan fraction in plant fiber. Their C5 (where C is a quantity of carbon atoms in each monomer) structure is fundamentally different from other prebiotics, which are based upon C6 sugars. Xylooligosaccharides have been commercially available since the 1980s, originally produced by Suntory in Japan. They have more recently become more widely available commercially, as technologies have advanced and production costs have fallen. Some enzymes from yeast can exclusively convert xylan into only xylooligosaccharides-DP-3 to 7. Xylooligosaccharides act as a Prebiotic (nutrition), prebiotic, selectively feeding beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacteria and lactobacilli within the digestive tract. A large number of clinical trials have been conducted with XOS, demonstrating a variety of health benefits, including improvements in blood sugars and lipids, digestive health benefits, laxation, and beneficia ...

XOS Valuation
A set function is called fractionally subadditive, or XOS (not to be confused with OXS), if it is the maximum of several non-negative additive set functions. This valuation class was defined, and termed XOS, by Noam Nisan, in the context of combinatorial auctions. The term fractionally subadditive was given by Uriel Feige. Definition There is a finite base set of items, M := \. There is a function v which assigns a number to each subset of M. The function v is called ''fractionally subadditive'' (or XOS) if there exists a collection of set functions, \, such that: * Each a_j is additive, ''i.e.'', it assigns to each subset X\subseteq M, the sum of the values of the items in X. * The function v is the pointwise maximum of the functions a_j. I.e, for every subset X\subseteq M: :v(X) = \max_^l a_j(X) Equivalent Definition The name fractionally subadditive comes from the following equivalent definition when restricted to non-negative additive functions: a set function v is ' ...

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Derivatives
Red Hat Enterprise Linux derivatives are Linux distributions that are based on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Linux distribution. History Red Hat Linux was a popular Linux distribution largely because, while there was a paid-for supported version, a freely downloadable one was also available. Since the only difference between the paid-for option and the free option was support, a great number of people chose to use the free version. In 2003, Red Hat made the decision to change its Red Hat Linux product into Red Hat Enterprise Linux for customers who were willing to pay for it. A community-driven Red Hat based Linux distribution called Fedora was available free of charge. Fedora has its own beta cycle and has some issues fixed by contributors, who occasionally included Red Hat staff. However, its quick and nonconservative release cycle means it might not be suitable for some users. Today, Fedora serves as the primary upstream development branch for CentOS Stream, and in tu ...

Xbox One S
The Xbox One is a home video game console developed by Microsoft. Announced in May 2013, it is the successor to Xbox 360 and the third console in the Xbox series. It was first released in North America, parts of Europe, Australia, and South America in November 2013 and in Japan, China, and other European countries in September 2014. It is the first Xbox game console to be released in China, specifically in the Shanghai Free-Trade Zone. Microsoft marketed the device as an "all-in-one entertainment system", hence the name "Xbox One". An eighth-generation console, it mainly competed against Sony's PlayStation 4 and Nintendo's Wii U and later the Nintendo Switch. Moving away from its predecessor's PowerPC-based architecture, the Xbox One marks a shift back to the x86 architecture used in the original Xbox; it features an Accelerated Processing Unit (APU) from AMD built around the x86-64 instruction set. Xbox One's controller was redesigned over the Xbox 360's, with a redesig ...

Classified Advertisements
Classified advertising is a form of advertising, particularly common in newspapers, online and other periodicals, which may be sold or distributed free of charge. Classified advertisements are much cheaper than larger display advertisements used by businesses, although display advertising is more widespread. They were also commonly called "want" ads, starting in 1763, and are sometimes called small ads in Britain. Newspaper classifieds Advertisements in a newspaper are typically short, as they are charged for by the line or word, and are one newspaper column wide. Publications printing news or other information often have sections of classified advertisements; there are also publications that contain only advertisements. The advertisements are grouped into categories or ''classes'' such as "for sale—telephones", "wanted—kitchen appliances", and "services—plumbing", hence the term "classified". Classified advertisements generally fall into two types: individuals adverti ...
