XHROJ-FM
XHROJ-FM is a noncommercial radio station on 104.3 FM in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. It is known as QFM 104.3. History XHFMC-FM received its permit in 2010. The callsign was changed to XHROJ-FM not long after, likely named after Sergio Rojano Sahab, who was listed as the lawyer on the application to change the callsign but has been described as ripping off radio station owners. From its sign-on on May 24, 2011, to 2012, XHROJ was known as Yaakun FM, with an adult contemporary music format. The station took its name from the Mayan word for "caring". Roberto Borge Angulo
Roberto Borge Angulo is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He served the 7th Governor of Quintana Roo (2011-2016). After the end of his term he was declared a criminal by the Mexican government due to proven crimes of corruption during his time as governor. Roberto Borge was arrested on June 5, 2017 at an Airport in Panama. Early life and career Roberto Borge completed his basic studies in Cozumel, the high school and university in the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. He has family with political background, he is nephew of Miguel Borge Martín, 3rd Governor of Quintana Roo from 1987 to 1993.
