XHCNE-FM
XHCNE-FM is a radio station on 104.7 FM in Cananea, Sonora, Mexico. It is owned by Radiorama and known as La Poderosa. History XHCNE received its concession on August 16, 1994. The station was owned by Ángel Mario Borja Navarrete, who sold XHCNE and XHRCL-FM in San Luis Río Colorado to Grupo ACIR. When ACIR sold many of its stations to Radiorama Radiorama were an Italian Italo disco band formed in 1984 by Simona Zanini and Aldo Martinelli. They were later joined by Mauro Farina and Giuliano Crivellente. Their first two singles, "Chance to Desire" and "Desire" were European hits. Grupo ACIR is a Mexican media company specializing in the operation of radio stations. It was established in 1965. ACIR is an acronym for ''Asociación de Concesionarios Independientes de Radio'' (Association of Independent Radio Concessionaires). History Grupo ACIR was founded on June 8, 1965, when Francisco Ibarra bought the XEDQ-AM (Radio Alegría) station in San Andrés Tuxtla, Veracruz. During the next two years, three new radio stations were integrated: XEOM-AM in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, XEMM-AM in Morelia, Michoacán, XEMIA-AM in Guadalajara, Jalisco; and three stations of amplitude modulation in the Mexico City: XEL-AM Radio Capital, XEFR-AM Radio Felicidad and XEVOZ-AM Radio Voz. Cananea, Sonora
Cananea is a city in the Mexican state of Sonora, Northwestern Mexico. It is the seat of the Municipality of Cananea, in the vicinity of the U.S−Mexico border. The population of the city was 31,560 as recorded by the 2010 census. The population of the municipality, which includes rural areas, was 32,936. The total area of the municipality is approximately . Grupo Radiorama
Grupo Radiorama is the largest owner and operator of radio stations in Mexico. Founded in 1970, the company operated nearly 400 radio stations in 2014. History Radiorama was founded on December 9, 1970, by Javier Pérez de Anda and Adrián Pereda López. The two founders had previous experience at other radio groups, such as Organización Radio Centro and Radiópolis. Radiorama started with 7 stations, but grew to 150 by 1985. San Luis Río Colorado is a city and also the name of its surrounding municipality in the state of Sonora, Mexico. In the 2020 census, the city had a population of 176,685.
