XHCH-FM
XHCH-FM is a radio station on 89.3 FM in Toluca, State of Mexico, Mexico. XHCH-FM is owned by Capital Media and is known as Lokura FM with an adult hits format. History XECH received its concession on September 14, 1938, having gone on the air in either 1937 or 1938. The station, the first in the State of Mexico, operated on 1490 kHz and was owned by Rodolfo Llamas. XECH was Toluca's only local radio station for more than 25 years until XEQY-AM 1200 "Radio Fiesta" signed on in 1965. Llamas sold XECH to Ramón Cahero Padrón in 1956; Cahero Padrón sold it to Emma Ruíz de Azcue in 1963. Osvelia Irene and Oscar Azcue Ruíz became the concessionaires in 1996 after Emma's death, and they promptly sold the station to Grupo ACIR. ACIR only owned the station for a year before selling to Capital. Toluca , officially Toluca de Lerdo , is the state capital of the State of Mexico as well as the seat of the Municipality of Toluca. XHQY-FM is a radio station in Toluca, State of Mexico. Broadcasting on 103.7 FM, carries the La Bestia format of its owner, Grupo Audiorama. and presently is operated by Salvador Pérez Habib. History XEQY received its concession on January 11, 1965. It operated on 1360 kHz with 500 watts. In the early 2000s, it moved to 1200. The station was previously owned by Grupo ACIR, which programmed it with a news format as "QY Noticias", and a group that programmed it with a variety format known as Atmósfera. Grupo ACIR is a Mexican media company specializing in the operation of radio stations. It was established in 1965. ACIR is an acronym for ''Asociación de Concesionarios Independientes de Radio'' (Association of Independent Radio Concessionaires). History Grupo ACIR was founded on June 8, 1965, when Francisco Ibarra bought the XEDQ-AM (Radio Alegría) station in San Andrés Tuxtla, Veracruz.
