Radio y Televisión de Nuevo León (abbreviated RTV Nuevo León or RTVNL) is the radio and television service of the government of Nuevo León. Doctor Arroyo Municipality is a municipality located in the northeastern Mexican state of Nuevo León. It has a territorial extension of 5,106.2 km2. FM broadcasting is a method of radio broadcasting that uses frequency modulation (FM) of the radio broadcast carrier wave. Invented in 1933 by American engineer Edwin Armstrong, wide-band FM is used worldwide to transmit high fidelity, high-fidelity sound over broadcast radio.
