XHAAL-FM is a noncommercial radio station on 97.7 FM in Saltillo, Coahuila. The station is owned by Armando Sergio Fuentes Aguirre and is known as Radio Concierto with a cultural format. History XHAAL received its most recent permit on December 19, 2012, though its history dates to the 1990s. Saltillo () is the capital and largest city of the northeastern Mexican State, Mexican state of Coahuila and is also the municipal seat of the Saltillo Municipality, municipality of the same name. Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de León (; born 27 December 1951) is a Mexican economist and politician. He was the 61st president of Mexico from 1994 to 2000, as the last of the uninterrupted 71-year line of Mexican presidents from the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI).
