History The original XESAG concession was awarded to Radio Creatividad, S.A., a Radiorama subsidiary, on November 30, 1994. XESAG was approved to move to FM in April 2018. Salamanca ( Otomi: ''Xidoo'' "Place of Tepetate") is a city and municipality in the Mexican state of Guanajuato. The city was founded on January 1, 1603, as 'Villa de Salamanca' by the Viceroy Gaspar de Zúñiga, fifth Count of Monterrey, who was originally from Salamanca (Spain).
