World Sunni Movement
World Sunni Movement () is a Sunni Islamic religious organization in Bangladesh. It was founded in 1979 in Bangladesh by Syed Imam Hayat. In addition to Bangladesh, the World Sunni Movement is active in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Greece, Calendar Eid-e-Azam The organization celebrates Eid-e-Azam or Eid-ul-Milad-Un-Nabi, which means Greatest Joy in Hijri year, the 12th day of Rabi al-Awwal. Syed Mohammad Saifur Rahman Nizami Shah is a Bangladeshi Islamic scholar and researcher of Hadith. He was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2020 by the government of Bangladesh. Husayn Ibn Ali
Husayn ibn Ali (; 11 January 626 – 10 October 680 Common Era, CE) was a social, political and religious leader in early medieval Arabia. The grandson of the Islamic prophet Muhammad and an Alids, Alid (the son of Ali ibn Abu Talib ibn Abd al-Muttalib, Abi Talib and Muhammad's daughter Fatima), as well as a younger brother of Hasan ibn Ali, Husayn is regarded as the third Imam in Shia Islam after his brother, Hasan, and before his son, Ali al-Sajjad. 2019 Sri Lanka Easter Bombings
On 21 April 2019, Easter Sunday, three churches in Sri Lanka and three luxury hotels in the commercial capital, Colombo, were targeted in a series of coordinated ISIS-related Terrorism, terrorist suicide bombings. November 2015 Paris Attacks
A series of coordinated Islamist terrorist attacks took place on Friday, 13 November 2015 in Paris, France, and the city's northern suburb, Saint-Denis. Beginning at 21:16, three suicide bombers struck outside the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, during an international football match, after failing to gain entry to the stadium. 2017 London Bridge Attack
On 3 June 2017, a terrorist vehicle-ramming and stabbing took place in London, England. A van was deliberately driven into pedestrians on London Bridge, and then crashed on Borough High Street, just south of the River Thames. The van's three occupants then ran to the nearby Borough Market area and began stabbing people in and around restaurants and pubs. They were shot dead by Metropolitan Police and City of London Police firearms officers, and were found to be wearing fake explosive vests. Jannatul Mualla
Jannat al-Mu'alla (), also known as the "Cemetery of Ma'la" ( ') and ''Al-Ḥajūn'' (), is a cemetery to the north of ''Al-Masjid Al-Haram'', and near the Mosque of the Jinn in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. It is the place where the Islamic prophet Muhammad's wife, grandfather, and other ancestors are buried. History Many of Muhammad's relatives were buried in this cemetery before his Hijrah in 622. Many domes and structures have been built or rebuilt over known graves over the years. Tombs in this cemetery were demolished in 1925, the same year that the Jannat al-Baqi' cemetery in Medina was demolished by the Saudi King, Ibn Saud. Jannat Al-Baqi
''Jannat al-Baqī'' (, "The Baqi'", ) is the oldest and first Islamic cemetery of Medina located in the Hejazi region of present-day Saudi Arabia. It is also known as ''Baqi al-Gharqad'' (, meaning "Baqiʿ of the Boxthorn").
