World Of Outlaws Late Model Series
The World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series is a late model, Dirt Super Late Model touring series currently owned and sanctioned by the World Racing Group. The series competes on dirt track racing, dirt ovals across the United States, primarily throughout the East Coast of the United States, East Coast and the Midwestern United States, Midwest. The series has also raced in Canada in previous years. The series is currently sponsored by Hulk Hogan, Real American Beer. Overview In 1988 Ted Johnson, the then proprietor of the World of Outlaws, sought to extend his successful touring series model from sprint cars to the late models. He signed 12 elite drivers to a 21-race schedule at 17 venues from Pennsylvania to Oklahoma. The series went dormant after just two seasons, but was revived by the World Racing Group in 2004. Jonathan Lee Davenport (born October 31, 1983), nicknamed Superman, is an American professional Dirt track racing, dirt track and stock car racing driver. He currently competes full-time in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, driving the No. 49 Steve Arpin, Longhorn Chassis for Double L Motorsports. Davenport is a 3-time champion in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, having won the title in 2015, 2018, and 2019, and a 5-time champion of the World 100 at Eldora Speedway. Bobby Pierce (racing Driver)
Bobby Pierce (born November 24, 1996) is an American professional dirt late model and stock car racing driver. A competitor in late models, he last competed part-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, driving the No. 63 Chevrolet Silverado for MB Motorsports. Pierce won the World of Outlaws Late Models championship in 2023. Lernerville Speedway
Lernerville Speedway is a 4/10 mile dirt oval automobile race track located in Sarver, Pennsylvania, United States. It is currently owned by Ted Tomson who runs Tomson Scrap Metal. Lernerville currently hosts the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the High Limit Racing sprint car series. 2024 will mark the 57th season for the track. The track features the "Fab 4" divisions weekly on Fridays from mid April through August. These divisions include the "Big Three"- 410 Sprints, Super Late Models, and Big Block Modifieds, and is the only track in the country to run all three on a weekly basis. Nick Hoffman (racing Driver)
Nick Hoffman (born May 1, 1992) is an American professional racing driver, chassis builder, and businessman. He currently competes full-time in the World of Outlaws Case Construction Late Model Series, driving the No. 9 Longhorn Chassis for Tye Twarog Racing. Timothy 'Tim' Fuller (born October 27, 1967) is an American Dirt Modified and Late Model racing driver. Fuller has 285 feature events wins from 45 tracks in 14 states, two Canadian provinces and Australia. Racing career Tim Fuller began racing in 1988 in the pure stock class at the Can-Am Speedway NY. Jimmy Owens (racing Driver)
Jimmy Owens is a professional dirt late model driver from Newport, Tennessee. Owens after starting out as a modified driver before switching to Late Models. Owens raced as an "Outlaw" by choosing to race selected larger purse events and not racing on national tours for several years. He eventually raced changed to national tours on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and won its championship in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2020. Tim McCreadie (born April 12, 1974) is an American Dirt Late Model racing driver. He is the 2021 and 2022 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Champion. In 2007 he ran a partial schedule in NASCAR West Series, ARCA RE/MAX Series, NASCAR Busch Series, and World of Outlaws Late Model Series. Joshua Richards (born March 22, 1988) is an American former professional stock car racing driver from Shinnston, West Virginia.
