World Fire Brigade
World Fire Brigade is an American rock ensemble formed in 2009 by Sean Danielsen of Smile Empty Soul and Brett Scallions of American rock band Fuel. History Originally synthesized as a partnership to prepare hard rock tunes for other musicians and ensembles, the pairing transitioned into a band after the members decided that the songs were best performed by the members themselves. Some time after partnering with Brad Stewart, the former bassist for Shinedown, the original duo joined forces with music producer and keyboard player Eddie Wohl. During the time leading up to their first album, songs released from the work were few and far between. Sean Julian Danielsen (born February 14, 1982) is an American musician and artistic painter, best known as the guitarist and lead vocalist of American rock bands Smile Empty Soul and World Fire Brigade. Fuel is an American Rock music, rock band from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The band was formed in 1993 by guitarist-songwriter Carl Bell (musician), Carl Bell, vocalist Brett Scallions, drummer Jody Abbott, keyboardist Erik Avakian, and bassist Jeff Abercrombie. Shinedown is an American rock band from Jacksonville, Florida, formed by singer Brent Smith in 2001 after the dissolution of his previous band, Dreve. Brad Stewart
Brad Stewart (born November 19, 1974) is an American bassist, best known for his work with hard rock bands Shinedown and Fuel. He now plays in Saliva, Society Red, and Burn Season. Career Shinedown Stewart was the second member to join Shinedown after vocalist Brent Smith. They met through a mutual friend of Smith’s A&R contact, local Jacksonville producer Pete Thornton. In March 2007, it was reported that Stewart had left Shinedown. No official statement was made, leaving fans to speculate. On September 20, 2008 on his newly created MySpace account, Stewart posted a lengthy blog that provided information about his time with Shinedown and his controversial departure. Eddie Wohl
Eddie Wohl is an American composer, music producer, and mixing engineer. As an artist, he was signed to Epic, Elektra and Mercury/Island, and had a production deal with Roadrunner Records. Growing up on the East Coast, Wohl was in his first band at age 15 and signed his first record deal at the age of 25. Wohl's major influences growing up included Black Sabbath, Stevie Wonder, Public Enemy and McCoy Tyner. Coming out of the New York City club/band scene, more specifically Limelight, he has spent many years as a songwriter and producer. In 1999, Wohl, along with his partners, launched the New York-based Scrap 60 Productions, which was responsible for producing acts such as Anthrax, Ill Nino and H2O, among others.
