Cho Seung-youn (, born August 5, 1996), known professionally as Woodz (; stylized in all caps), is a South Korean singer-songwriter, rapper and record producer. He rose to fame as a main rapper in the South Korean-Chinese boy band Uniq, formed by Yuehua Entertainment in 2014, before co-founding the musical collectives M.O.L.A in 2015 and Drinkcolor in 2016. He co-founded his personal production team, Team HOW, in 2018. Following an appearance on the fifth season of the South Korean rap competition show '' Show Me the Money'', Woodz debuted as a solo artist under the stage name Luizy in July 2016, with the release of the collaborative hip-hop single "Recipe". He changed his stage name to Woodz in 2018 to accommodate shifts in musical direction. Uniq (; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean–Chinese boy band formed by Chinese company Yuehua Entertainment in 2014. The group consists of five members: Zhou Yixuan, Kim Sung-joo, Li Wenhan, Cho Seung-youn, and Wang Yibo. Uniq officially debuted on October 20, 2014, with their debut single "Falling In Love" in both China and South Korea. History Pre-debut Uniq was initially planned as a YG Entertainment boy group, with the five members spending between two and five years at YG as trainees. ''Produce X 101'' () is a 2019 South Korean boy group survival reality show on Mnet and the fourth and final season of the ''Produce 101'' franchise. The public, referred to as "national producers", "produces" a boy band by choosing 11 members among the 101 trainees from 47 different entertainment companies and independent trainees through online voting and live voting with multiple elimination rounds.
